Just used it this morning to wash a winter duvet. £8 for a wash (includes liquid detergent which machine dispenses direct into wash), and another £2 if you want fabric conditioner added. The wash takes about 35 minutes and you can vary temperature (I did 60 degree wash). The machine will text your phone when it finishes!
Dryer is also very good, variable temperature and £2 to dry a big winter duvet!
Will definitely use again!
P.S. it only takes touch cards and you need to follow directions of touch screen to right of unit which is not easy to see in sunlight!

Just an update, I managed to get in touch with them and they have said theyrefunded the money within 48hrs for the Dryer. Therefore I change my original review because the customer service is good.

Turned up at 8:30pm to run a baby seat cover through the dryer. Whole thing switched off, no lights on, didn't respond to prods of buttons/screen. Unimpressed as I had come some way in the belief it was open 24 hours!

And customers help line directs you to an online platform which doesn’t resolve the matter
