Called to find out about their services. Rude attitude and won't even attempt to use them if they can't even be polite in the phone!

After reading the previous reviews I and looking for a local launderette in area of WD6, where there had large machines to wash King Size duvets . I decided to give them a ring & find out their opening & closing times - 9am to 10pm max - Monday to Saturday - I had a chat with Rob the new owner, a charming & polite middle aged gent, who bought the business from the previous & friendly woman recently. I forget her name at the moment but, was pleasantly surprised that the Laundrette was still in my area. Rob tells me that he offers an excellent - Ironing, professionally washed and Ironed, .Dry Cleaning & starting a Collection service shortly.
My washed Duvet came out like new, smelling clean like new. I certainly would recommend this cleaning shop to our readers. Good luck Rob & to Customer's - Give it a try!! Feb 2018

Quite a good launderette. A bit on the pricey side, and not very clean, but helpful service and there are comfy sofas to sit on while you're there. Close to the bus stop and other shops as well.

As featured in the back ground and where Stan comes out of with his washing while the bus is parked in front on the On The Buses movie

I have used this launderette for dry cleaning services several times and have been satisfied with the service. On my last visit I collected my wife's jacket only to be told that it had unfortunately been 'colour damaged' during stain removal. The attendant contacted the manager who advised me to call him later to discuss compensation. During the second conversation the manager Robin was professional and polite. Given the initial cost of the jacket and its age he made a realistic offer of compensation. The funds were paid promptly the next day. The reason I have given the Laundry Centre 4 stars was due to the excellent customer service recieved to resolve my issue.

Avoid this building site at all costs!! The "shop" is missing walls, ceiling, looks like a construction site and is absolutely filthy. The machines are so old that only 2 or 3 work and the extremely rude staff, take your money and give you old pound coins to use and then fill up the machines with plastic bottles filled with water and some awful smelling liquid.
The dryers are so ancient that you can see the flames at the top of the semi lid-less machine, which heats up the drum and melts your clothes. I had to throw away and replace several items due to them being ruined by using this launderette. This place is a death trap!
