Saffron Laundrette

Absolutely dire.

A couple of machines marked out of order, a further machine took £6.00 of my change for nothing.

Of the two hot washes I put on, on different machines- neither was even warm water.

No answer knocking at the door, no answer on the phone after repeated attempts during business hours.

Quite clearly money is not re-invested into the business and you can expect to lose money above and beyond the fee when visiting this establishment.

Avoid.

Horrible staff! No respect

The worst customer service I’ve come across. First time using the machines and they were so patronising explaining how to use them. Rude, disrespectful attitude by them all. An evil woman and a disgusting man run this place. No customer service skills.

Washing machines are dirty theres always residue left behind. Clothes do come out ok, does the job, but the customer service in this place is so shocking!

They have a sign to knock on the door to get change but they dont even answer it and when they do the man has the most vile attitude. Snatched money out of my hand whilst rolling his eyes because i’ve some what disturbed him by knocking on the door as instructed. Slams the door back in my face.

Had no choice but to use this place, but never again. Disgusting attitude & no respect.

The only shop anywhere close to me with a big enough machine to wash my duvet. Bit of a bind being coin operated still. I have to pick up some coins specially when I come here.

Disgusting!! All the machines were filthy, looks like they haven’t been cleaned in ages!! Full of congealed conditioner, mouldy!

Just tried to get a service wash but no one answered the internal door or answered the phone 🤷🏻‍♂️

Soooo expensive!!!! Don’t bothered going here. I spent £7.50 on Tumble dryer alone and my clothes were still damp had to spend a further £2 else where to get the remaining clothes dry.

So rude! Wow I'm still in shock. Miserable old lady shouted at me for turning up to the launderette 30 minutes before it closed. I didn't even know what time it would close.

Felt so embarrassed, i won't go there again that's for sure!

Washing machine did not work on hot wash it was stone cold the whole time as I checked consistently throughout the washing process and when I informed the attendant she couldn’t care less and was rude.so now im down £4 and my overalls are still dirty.
My advise is do not o not go here.
