Queens Road Launderette

First time visiting this laundrette and was so surprised. Pauline was friendly, smiley and was so accommodating. I was able to leave my washing, due to time restraints, when I came to collect, Pauline had dried and folded all my things! So lovely!

Fantastic service. I didn't even expect it but the lady who runs it, Pauline, definitely went above and beyond to help me and I was so happy with everything she did. Very friendly and efficient service, highly recommended. :)

Affordable and quality Cleaning for a modern day launderette. With my washing machine currently broken, I'll keep using this premises until I save enough to invest in a domestic appliance to match or rival the quality machines they have herein.

Friendly staff, never had any issues and always available machines to use.

Pauline is great and I have worked with her for years for when I travel to the UK.

Do not come here if you want to be harassed and abused by the attendent how long you are using the dryers you are paying to use!!!
I made 2 visits here. First visit fine 2nd visit horrendous!!.
Shouted at in the road to come and take my things out of the dryer when walking back to laundrette from my car.
Was forced to take my clothes out of the dryer which some was still wet even though my clothes had been drying for only 15 mins. She told me I have been here for 2 hours drying my clothes which was not true. Maximum 40 mins as I had about 40 kg of clothes to dry.

She told me there was plenty of other laundrette I can use..definitely won't be spending my money here from now on .
They really need to focus on their poor customer service!!!
