Excellent value for money and the machines are fairly big so if you are a single person like me, you can get a 3 weeks worth of washing in a single wash!

It takes 1 hour of time to get this much done and costs less £7.00 in total

Easy to work, quick machines and dryers. Small, medium and large machines with a hot prewash & wash taking 30mins. Husband and wife owners very friendly and always lovely to chat to. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time to use this laundrette to wash my duvet and mattress protecter. I used two large modern machines at £6 each and the wash took 30 mins with great results. Brought my own detergent to use as I have sensitive skin. The huge dryers are good value at 10 mins for £1 and on the high setting I got both practically dry in 20-30 mins in seperate dryers. Change for machines was available and the staff member present was friendly and helpful.
Will definitely return.

Sadly today I believe I have receive unfair treatment or poor service. At first let me state that I have been a customer here since 2018 for laundry, drying and dry cleaning. Today I came in just to dry clothes. I am aware that the priority in using the dryers are customers who washed in there. This time, 2 dryers are out of service. There are four busy dryers. Two customers are inside and the other one just finished with one dryer. I nicely asked if I could please use just one of the four dryers and the other customer could use the three. And yet the man in charge just said no, saying that the other customer should go in first. It’s quite a long queue of clothes and he said that the other customer should finish drying first using all the four dryers. Really? I worked in a customer service oriented company for 10 years and if I were the man or the owner of this laundry shop, I should have allowed one customer to use the one dryer. Customer is a customer big or small. This sad experience of mine today for me is simply unacceptable even if as the man said they have been in the business for 40 years when I asked if there’s a new management because I think that the couple (maybe his son or daughter and partner) have been so friendly and considerate to customers like me in the past. I went home so disappointed. Really sad that I have to make this rating and review to ease my burden.

Incredibly rude staff, with what seems like a total contempt for customers who in their eyes aren't spending enough money on their service. I was refused use of a dryer despite 3 being available and only needing 10 minutes.
