Supawash

Same of the staff are really rude. One member of the staff was on her mobile all the time I was in there. A few customers asked her for help with the washing machines. Rolled her eyes and tutted. Said to the person on the other end of the phone I'll ring you back. It took her all of 2 minutes to help then back on the phone. Chatting away about her holiday. Not very professional.

Well firstly I would like to say whoever owns this business has got to be very rich or be the rude woman who works there! I have never been treated so badly by a staff member for as long as I can remember and I have lived in 3 countries !!! She was a complete pig from the moment I walked in and did 3 loads of washing and drying, should not be dealing with the public end of !!!

I came to wash king size duvet and I've never used laundrette before. The attending lady was very friendly and helpful. Explained everything nicely. Will definitely use again.

1st time using it, not the best tumble dryers, I put on for 30 mins which was £3 and clothes weren't fully dry. Machines are old it seems, unfortunately this is nearest laundrette to me since moving so have to use this one. The process of using machine is a bit of a faff! You enter machine number then put your money then go to your machine and press start.

Very convenient for my wife and I to rely on for any major washing chores when the machines tackle the bulk loads and larger items. Very often easy to.park here, though weekends/ weekdays can be very busy along the parade in Sherwood Park Avenue, Blendon, Sidcup, Kent. Although we are only 2 mins away in distance travelled! Seating space provided inside the laundrette, but limited.

Supawash is very clean, it is also very handy. Update 26/9/22. Supawash has changed, and prices are still the same.

A good launderette. Use oftern for big loads- Unfortunately the prices have gone up (drying) and the timings for wash/drying seems to be reduced.

I used the laundrette for the first time this morning. Once I had placed my items in the machine (3) and followed the instructions for programming. I then put the money necessary into the payment machine and pressed start. the money went but the machine did not start, and just flashed, "press start". I had no more coins to try again, so had to empty the machine and leave. Before I did so, I wrote a note, on a small notepad and left my contact details and the time of the incident/what had happened. There was no attendant, but also no contact details of anyone to call if this kind of thing happens - almost as though there is no care to sort these kinds of problems out when no attendant is there. I will update if I hear back from the owners and have my money reimbursed.
