The service is dramatically overpriced and in the building I live in there is no other option (student accommodation). I do find it interesting that this price gouging (at least £5 per wash and dry) is always in student apartments. Often the machines are broken and really quite small.

The app is useless. It frequently tell you your machine cycle is finished and available. It never is (it's always 10 minutes off). Honestly the worst thing about living in student accommodation (Urbanest)

based in University of the creative arts I found the laundrette dry cleaning left my clothes damp several times, which I will report on campus but when I called this company they handled it calmly and I got my money back. Some times the machines don't run well due to the uni your based, but should be notified at the uni, but money issues should be reported at the company. Very happy that this situation was handled calmly. don't hesitate to ask.

Circuit laundry is one of the worst services I have ever encountered. The washing machines are old, and the dryers have at best a 50% chance of actually drying your clothes. The fact that such pathetic service is deemed to be worth over £2 (£2.90 specifically) is astonishing. Not a single resident of my university has good thing to say about circuit laundry. The app as well, is slow to respond (although very quick to remind you to top up balance) and typically has inaccurate estimates for how long your washing will take the finish, often resulting in a good 5-10 extra minutes waiting. The fact that we as university students living on campus have no other option for laundry essentially means that circuit laundry is extorting students and profiteering.

Based at the University of Kent. First attempted the Keynes circuit laundry machines. After 30 minutes of effort found there was no way to connect my phone to the machine. Phoned the customer support line, person was friendly but said he couldn't do anything. Drove over to the Turing circuit laundry room. Machine turned on, returned 40 minutes later to find the clothes soaking wet and seemingly unwashed. Popped them in the drier, returned 50 minutes later not dry. Tried again, returns 50 minutes later still not dry. I have now driven over to the Parkwood circuit laundry room. There is no way to recoup my money, so I intend to leave bad reviews for circuit wherever I can. I've never dealt with a worse company, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Definitely deserves more credit than it gets.

The customer service team on the phone are fantastic, really helpful and friendly. The application it’s self is easy to use once you get the hang of it you just need ti double check if you need the regular app or the “circuit plus” version as the plus allows you to choose a machine via the options of available washing machines listed on the app.

Overall if you get the hang of it, it’s fine. A lot of people hate due to complications or just because people like to complain. It does the job when you’re at uni so yeah.

The machines never work. You will waste your washing powder and time. I don't know why university accommodations keep on sustaining their contracts.

I had to download their App which is then Bluetooth to the machine. Great!! There’s no signal in the laundry in the campsite!! Has taken 7 emails and 17 days to get a refund minus £3 admin fee!! What a Rip-off 🙄

Used it this morning for the first time. My clothes came out same dirty I put them in. No option to use a softener for clothes or softener for hard water (I am in the area where water is very hard). No drawer for detergent, needs to go inside drum. It's expensive at 4.80 per wash considering I need to do few washes a week. Ideally, I would like to have an option of an extra rinse, although I use a detergent for allergy sufferers, but still. Of course, no such option here unless I agree to pay more. Saw another person using the dryer, the clothes came out wet, not even a bit damp, just really wet. The washing machine has a mouldy smell.Truly, cannot say even one good word about this company and their washing machine. So today, this lovely Saturday, I am dragging my laundry to my friend's place and doing it there. The service Circuit provides is a disgrace.
