Estelle was extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely return with my duvets.

Feels awkward. Initially they sent me away because I arrived half an hour before closing time but eventually let me in after I explained I only there for drying. I asked for change and gave them £2 but they gave back only two 20p, later they said that these were tokens, which however didn't asked for, I only needed change. They didn't explain anything and in general not coming across as welcoming or helpful. With several other well performing launderettes in that area, not seeing why should come back.

Whenever I've needed my suit cleaned they've done a really lovely job which doesn't cost a fortune.
