Handy local laundrette ideal for tourists and visitors. Clean, good lighting. 9 washing machines varying from £4 to £9 a wash depending on capacity. 6 tumble dryers £1 for 7mins. Three 7 min tumbles will damp dry a small pants, socks and T-shirt wash probably need five 7 min tumbles for fully dry. Staffed with option of service wash Monday to Saturday 08:30 - 12:00 otherwise open to 19:00 every day. Change machine (that even accepts Scottish notes). Automatic soap dispenser broken but have honesty box system for soap powder. Short bench seat which you will probably share with a nice sleeping cat. 2 out of order machines when we visited you may find deserted tumble dryers left full, if there are none spare just empty one into a spare laundry basket and use the now emptied machine. Broken washing machine at home so needed washing done. Clean area with friendly cat. Washing done and dried in an hour! No trying to find the correct coins, machines take £1 coins, so, very easy to use.

Polite professional service. I used The Lost Stock when on holiday. They even offered a drop off and collection service to the cottage I was staying at near by. Highly recommended.

Cheapest in the area. Easy to use machine and big drum dryers. Has a coin machine if you forget the change. Service washing in the mornings only
