Poor customer services.Any time I request a services the lady with dark hair is always rude and she use her negatives words to answer my questions instead to use politely words. I would not go back there , I do only because is handy for me . But I will change , I am the client I should be treated with respect , anytime I go there I feel that I am not the client and I am the operative there.

Rude on telephone. Closed between 2 and 2.30 - no warning of this via telephone or website. Rude when knocked politely on door.

Would not trust their service. Customer service care = non existent.

Very poor service on the phone, not very helpful

Used twice and will use again. Both dry cleaning and to fix ripped suit. Second time they completed ahead of schedule.

They lost one of my shirts. Promised to call me and never did.

Use it often to amend clothes. Professional and friendly
