Decrease Ironing Service

Not a great company to deal with - especially if you use a service like this to "make life easier"...

They missed THREE consecutive appointments that we waited in for - they seem to want to collect the ironing a their convenience, then don't show up.

After promises that they would return again to pick up the ironing, and a promise they would reduce the bill, they still didn't show.

Really disappointed - I recommend shopping elsewhere.
