Ocean Laundrette & Dry Cleaning

I always leave my laundry for a service wash and it's always good, but can range from Good to Really Good. I've been using them for over a year now and so far have only lost 2 socks. (I used to loose more when I did it my self). I think that's pretty good for a service wash.

This what happened to my jacket when I have asked for advice and help on drying service. My RL jacket got completely damaged coz the worker put the dryer on too high temperature .
When I complained about it she told me I supposed to put the jacket to the dryer myself as is self service!! So why did you put it on my behalf when you don't know what you doing then throwing me out of the shop by force when I asked for money back for the jacket.
Case reported to the Police.
Rude owner and the worker and hope Karma will do the job.
She was shouting at me like mad as she knew she damaged my jacket

The owners wife is extremely rude and agressive.
She stuffed my clothes into a basket.
When I said I had paid alot for my clothes to be dried and I don't expect people to stuff them into a basket, she responded with she didn't need my business"
I've been using this laundrette for over 17 years I only come by here because of the memories.
Well definitely not coming back will stick to good old Acton high street and Askew Rd.

The new owner and his wife are very kind people and they always help me with my clothes efficiently.They give very nice service and I really recommend you go there for dry cleaning and laundry.
