Passing on a narrowboat and required a laundry wash. Great self service wash on 22-05-22.. Opening times displayed outside the launderette says open 9am to 3pm 7 days per week. Please update your times on google. Recommended.

Excellent service! Two double winter-weight duvets needed their annual wash. I'd previously used Johnson's Dry Cleaners in the town centre but didn't know where to go since they'd closed down. Someone suggested The Wash Basin to me - despite living in Nantwich for 20 years, I'd not known of its existence. I'm so glad they did! We are elderly and have no car so the collection/delivery service was most helpful. Friendly people and great value, too! Highly recommended.

Lovely little place and owner often there to help with change. Cafe next door as well. Brilliant.

Take your washing with you, put it in the washing machine and grab a coffee and muffin next door at the café. Sorted😉

Very helpful staff, although I was lucky to catch it open on the first Wednesday it has opened since Covid. Parking limited to 30 minutes at the front, which added stress! Machines were quick and all loads done in 20 to 30 minutes. Cold building though, so wrap up warm if staying.

Never used a laundrette before but was left with no choice as my washing machine has broken, really friendly and helpful service from the lady who helped me today, I shall be forever a customer!
