Rich & Carr Solicitors

In overview; they are awful solicitors. They were initially friendly until they secured my business, after which, they showed their true colours. The receptionist (Sharan) was very rude and confrontational, she clearly doesn't understand what customer service is. There is a lack of any communication from them and you have to constantly chase them up. The solicitor assigned to your case is always 'too busy' to receive your calls. Basic things are not completed properly or in a timely manner and it feels like you are having to put more effort than they are. Overall, they are a waste of money, show a distinct lack of common courtesy and show no empathy in helping you. If you appreciate your time and money, and don't want to spend it chasing alleged professionals, then I would strongly suggest you stay away from this company. I hope this review will help people in the future.

I reluctantly gave 1 star so I could carry on with my feed back?
I arrange with Rich&Carr to write up my Will I met Sabera Dassu twice to discuss my details and I also wrote down all my requirements and handed her the folder after the second meeting she told me I would receive a draft copy for my attention with in 5-10days?
AFTER 10 weeks I completed to Rich&Carr to ask why they had not been in touch with me I was given a pathetic excuse THEY were waiting for more info from me LOL
How could a registered Solicitors mess up writing a Will I believe they forgot my case and that was the reason for there pathetic excuse about waiting for further info from me?

I used Rich and Carr Syston Office to do the conveyancing on our house move. They have been very professional and informative throughout. Their communication has also been excellent with us and they have taken the stress out out the move. Thank you Tom and Ingrida for all your hard work.

I have the misfortune of being on the receiving end of this company for a house purchase in particular John Barr. From the start they have been slow and unresponsive. They communicate via post not email which means the process has been slow and drawn out and when contacted by estate agents for progress updates they haven’t returned calls. I would definitely steer clear of them if you want a quick and well communicated sale or purchase. Ours is dragging on and we have been given no idea of an end date!

I use Rich and Carr regularly for their conveyancing services. Ingrida Jurgaityte (Syston) always upholds an excellent level of customer service. She is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I would highly recommend Rich and Carr Syston,my experience with Anjali and staff took the stress and strain out of what for many can be a bad and time consuming experience.
A very friendly and approachable office, nothing too much trouble dealing with my 2 conveyances.Extremely efficient never a problem getting in touch, regular updates. Wouldn’t ever hesitate using their services in the future.
