We felt incredibly fortunate to have instructed Louise Pitick for our sale & purchase. She is knowledgeable, no-nonsense, and most importantly swift in all her dealings. We were in a dreaded chain that did drag on, but we were always happy and clear that Louise had completed our side of things as quickly and efficiently as possible (with even the estate agent commenting on how much easier the sale would be if everyone had a solicitor like ours). Buying a house does require patience but knowing that you have a solicitor who is competent does take away some of the stress.  Communication with Louise and Mia was always excellent.
