Hello. I can certainly recommend Matthew Brendan Healey, form Thomas Flavell & Sons as a Notary Public. I was impressed by the very good and fast service in a quite complicated international constellation, that Matthew has delivered. It was not always easy as the information we got from Germany was not always the most correct. But we succeeded and got delivery in time.
