Soma&Co were excellent start to finish. I approached them prior to making any offers on a property as I wanted to understand the process, timelines and overall costs I'll be expected to pay at completion including all fees, stamp duty etc. Dinesh sat me down and explained the various costs involved in purchasing a property also highlighting the thresholds for first time buyers. I was surprised that he refused to take any payment for this part of the service and even then didn't make any attempts to pressure me to sign up to any services. When I finally found the right property I let Dinesh know it was the one I was interested in and he said it looked like a great property and wished me the best of luck assuming I had signed up with another firm. The genuine attitude made it a no brainer that this was the firm I was going to choose. Professionalism and genuine attitude aside it's the handling of the case that's made me want to leave this review. Dinesh constantly chased the vendor's solicitors for updates, ensured I was on top of all documentation and he provided me with regular updates even taking calls outside of office hours.
