Our latest house purchase took 4 weeks from viewing to completion even during Covid 19.

Fortunately I had limited exposure to this company, however in that time I found it extremely frustrating. This company was the cause of repeated lengthy delays that were totally avoidable. As a consequence, the purchase of a property fell through after Bridge McFarland caused an additional 3 months of delays. The arrogance, rudeness and obstructiveness of Chris Hubbard was shocking. He refused to answer any emails or calls from my solicitor, and when he eventually did they were abrupt one worded answers. He stated that he did not wish to be “bombarded” despite being made aware that he was the cause of the unnecessary delays. I later found out that he has a bad reputation for his arrogance and his unprofessional attitude. Avoid.

We Def would not use again ,my husband who has a brain tumour , had to wait over 6 months after he sold his house ,for a rebate for indemnity insurance from the land Registry,...I contacted land registry myself they were extremely efficient ...fast, but for my intervention, as bridge McFarland had not answered there emails with the information requested on Feb 3rd , this would have been cancelled and in very fact was , land registry solicitors were very kind in letting us apply again and sort it within weeks,we had been given that they were very slow and not contacted them .
When you make a mistake ,it's better to except that responsibility ...and do what you can to rectify this ...calmly ...
It's just a shame I had to do it for them ,
Otherwise we'd still be waiting ...it wasn't the money ,it was the principle .

Another fantastic experience with these local solicitors. Communication was regular, clear and timely. We have used BM services these past few years, with Josh and Bethany helping us to conveyance a number of properties. More recently, they have assisted us with the change to stamp duty rates, saving us thousands of pounds, as well as supporting us through a number of purchases that fell through. Their fee is very fair too for the high level of service received.

After been really disapointed by another solicitor's business, Kerri was really efficient in completing the purchase of my new house within the really tight timeline. I highly recommend!

I am really disappointed in them. They dont respond to your emails. They dont like you if you ask them questions. They tend to forget what they promise to deliver. Absolute lack of professionalism, honesty and responsiveness. Please think twice before using their services.
