I was recommended Jein Solicitor’s by a very good friend of mine for help with my husbands spousal visa. Jein solicitors we’re extremely thorough with my case and helped me every step of the way. Our visa application was successful and my husband will arrive in the next few weeks. Jein Solicitors are very busy office and you may have to wait to be seen but believe me it is worth it. They are very honest and fair and they don’t do it for the money, they do it because they genuinely care about helping people.
I will never use any other solicitor, and I highly recommend.

I have been to five different solicitors regarding my documents. This is the sixth one I came to. They are very good. The staff in the office are nice and polite and very helpful. They even offered me money to buy food when I was in need. Last time I came to the office, I was very worried and depressed and they were kind enough to help me through it.

Avoid this cowboy solicitor at all costs just don’t use them! Jein Solicitors are not professional and have too many clients that they cannot handle.
My wife and I went there to try to resolve my wife’s immigration matter. The numerous times we went there we invariably had a long wait and nothing ever seemed to get resolved, Fatima (owner) was more interested in other clients than us.
The worst thing was that when my wife and I married my wife was entitled to apply and become a British citizen provided we applied within 6 months, at the time we did not know this; we found out when 1 of Fatima’s staff (he’d brother) asked us why we hadn’t applied!! Fatima knew this all along and my wife’s immigration matter could have been resolved quickly and easily, frankly I’m not sure if it’s because Fatima is racist or just incompetent, what we do know is that it’s cost us a lot of money and caused us a major inconvenience and nothing ever got resolved so just don’t go to this firm!

I was searching for immigration solicitors on google to help renew my wife's residency permit, then I came across Jein's solicitor. They were very sincere and straight forward. The good news is that my wife has now gotten her residency permit renewed and I have also received my citizenship. "Thank you Fatima and Prachi".

Utterly dreadful. Caused property transaction to fail costing £1000's of wasted fees. Staff do not appear to be qualified or adequately supervised. Quality of written English very poor and often do not respond to messages. Avoid.
