Dale and his team provided a great service in helping me to buy my house. They were friendly, informative and answered my queries quickly and simply. I have used a number of conveyancing services in the past but none have been as effective as Bird and Co. When I next move I am going to take Bird and Co along with me!

Phoned this company up recently as I wanted a name change as I am transgender. They outlined that they don't do it the way I was enquiring about which was absolutely fine but the woman on the phone was moody and came across snappy and rude, as well as very impatient. Not a good first impression for customers to be honest and not a welcoming experience.

Recently moved house and used Gareth and his team at the Lincoln branch of Bird and co for our conveyancing.
Overall they were fantastic despite some stressful moments and a rather tight timescale on our part.
