The service I received from Leonards Solicitors was excellent from start to finish. Their app enabled me to see what stage I was at in the process which was very helpful. My solicitor was Asad and he was brilliant. If I had a question I could email and I would often get a response the same day. If I called he would do his best to respond the same day. My estate agent was also super impressed with how efficient Asad was in getting things done. I asked Leonard Solicitors LLP to certify two original ID documents.
First of all the company don’t have a colour printer in use.
Secondly, the solicitor who agreed to do the certification put the wrong title in one of the documents.
Thirdly, the solicitor who agreed to do the certification charged me £40 (£20 each) to certify two ID documents whilst all other solicitor firms would normally charge £5-£7.
Finally, even though they agreed refund and apologised relatively quick, one week later I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes in their reception to get the refund. The reception officers were both very helpful and professional in their communication. Overall, negative experience for a minimal service.

Leonard Solicitors is with no contest the best immigration lawyers in Hampshire and around. My experience with them was worthwhile and satisfactory. I have had the best experience with Kelly Lindsay, she is a Star Lawyer. I'd appreciate her professionalism, brilliance and continued support throughout the course of my case. I did lose hope at some point but she encouraged me not to give up. I just want to say, her tenacity and determination is incredible. At the court level, they provide you with A' level Barristers and standard interpreters who know how to win. I was overwhelmed when I heard the outcome of the court proceedings. In my experience I would highly recommend Leonard solicitors everyday, they are the best legal firm out there. Got the date wrong.
Judge forced me to enter a plea without seeing the evidence or preparing in any way.
Absolute melts.
Dropped me right in it.
Avoid like the plague is my advice.
Too busy making money importing folk off dinghies by the look of it...
They were obsessing over potential legal aid applications rather than just taking the case despite me telling them i would pay...
