Wasted my time - one of the partners had me calling for weeks just to change their mind and had their secretary tell me that there is a complaints procedure in their website if I am unhappy. LESS THAN 1 STAR! Absolute scumbag firm went to them with a simple case, and after spending hundreds of pounds that I did not have they told me that I won't win and kept calling asking me to change my plea to guilty after making myself clear that I was not guilty. I let them go as I could not afford to have them appear in court after months of paying them, they said sarcastically Goodluck and that you won't win. However, I am 20 years old and I went to court unrepresented. provided all my own evidence, facts and figures and the magistrates said based on my evidence the incident was "UNAVOIDABLE" and that was very clearly the case, I was found not guilty. now I'm going to take the solicitors down the legal route. Con men all of them.
