I was selling my daughters property abroad so needed documents notarised and Apostilled so I could sell it for her. I looked online for a solicitor nearest to me in Chelmsford who had a Notary and Gepp Solicitors had, (very few solicitors have this service available).

Bakshi and her Conveyancing Team are excellent. I recently used them for a simultaneous Buy/Sell transaction (having used their services over the past ~12 years for a single purchase & remortgage).

Val has been a star throughout our aborted purchase that was very slow due to the sellers and then working with us to make a quick purchase in 5.5 weeks which we absolutely could not have done without her. Cannot fault at all both Katie’s from the chelmsford branch helped me through the sale of my house they were fantastic and supportive always there to answer my questions and put my mind at ease when it felt like it was all getting too much. Where do I start.. if I could put no stars I would!
We was recommended by our mortgage broker as we was first time buyers and this was a big mistake from day one we had to constantly chase them and when I got through to chris howe team and wanted to speak to chris directly I would always get that he will call me back but never did! Very unprofessional.
It took longer then expected for our sell to go through even though at one point we was going to lose it all together. Such a stressful 6 months!
I definitely wouldn't recommend.
