Life saver! Right now my wife is in South Africa at a Beyonce concert entirely thanks to HSBS. We arrived at the airport to find that we need certain documents to be notarised in order to travel. Having received no help at all from the airline, we googled, found HSBS, spoke on the phone, raced to their office (handily not far from a tube station), and made the flight literally with a minute to spare. Cannot praise them highly enough.

I used HSBS Law to apply for a spouse visa.

To start my story from the beginning used another firm of solicitors to obtain a spouse visa for my husband. After about 12 months my husbands visa was refused and received a court date, as the solicitors in question was very negative I decided to find another solicitor to represent our case and through recommendations HSBS law sounded like the perfect options, they investigated all the refusal documents and prepared their court case. The court case was very intense but at the time Mr Balwant Singh fought the case really well and managed to get a response for my husbands visa. The home office applied a 2year and 7 month visa after 2 months of being in court. Once this time period ended I got in contact with HSBS Law to Renew my husbands visa, they were ver forth coming to help and provided a list of what is required for the application after proving all the details my husband visa was renewed within 2 months...... Finally after 2 years and 5 months my husbands visa again come up for renewal I again contacted HSBS law to apply for indefinite leave to remain, again HSBS law were very helpful and provided a list of information required to support our application. We managed to get all the details required and submit our application to the home office...... I am glad to say after jus over 2 months of waiting we had received a phone call from Deepak who was handling the case giving us the good news that my husbands indefinitely leave to remain is granted.

I highly recommend HSBS law as there attention to detail in creating there cases is absolutely fantastic. I will say to all applicant that is vital that you keep on top of all paperwork and file them safely as you will never know when they will be required.

Do NOT go for any immigration case. I paid 2500 for a case which was for a max 1500 and the result was a refusal at the end. This a gunuine review just want to help others save their hard earned money.
