I have been using Preuveneers for approximately 1 year now to try to purchase a flat, and due to various issues on the sellers' side I had to withdraw offers from two separate properties; Kelly's advice and guidance during these offers was brilliant, and after being strung along twice for 5 months on previous properties, I had to complete really quickly on the property I ended up buying. With Kelly's amazing help and support we managed to go from offer to completion in 7 weeks! Thank you so much to Kelly and the team at Preuveneers, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Wasn’t sympathetic, I wasn’t looked after, didn’t even offer me a glass of water, been left waiting and when she arrived told me the cost £60 for 20 min advised for 10 min spent more time printing some paperwork for me to take.and when I asked if she can represent me she wasn’t interested. All about money.
Avoid at all cost if you are looking for help. No wonder they are rated 4stars they should have 1 star for processing your payment quickly .

I was dealing with Kelly for a sale and a purchase. Through out the process on both cases Kelly was extremely professional, efficient and responsive. Highly experienced specially with my sale which was a shared ownership. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

We had the most HORRIFIC experience using Satbir Sethi from Preveuneer as our legal representative during the purchase of one of our buy-to-let property.

Satbir is RUDE, has no manners nor decency on how to speak to people let alone her clients! Her communication skill is THIRD CLASS!!

Satbir was rude even with the parties involved in the chain. We felt so ashamed being represented by Preveneer that we had to send an apology email to everyone involved for the awful experience they went through because of Satbir’s rude responses and disgusting attitude.

There was so much unnecessary stress involved during our purchase. Things were left last minute, information already on our forms were not looked at on time and because of that we were left so worried till the very end for fear of losing the property.

When we asked/requested for a call back for updates on our case, we were told we are demanding! We were also told we should pay more fees. It was ridiculous!

We wonder why Sethi has so much arrogance for, seriously over what!?

In the end, Kelly Cerrilo was the one finalising our case, if left with satbir, we wouldn’t make it to the lower rate stamp duty and could have lost this property.

We got another property this year and couldn’t stop ourselves from writing this review as we compare the service we received from another solicitor, he was professional and kept us in the loop all the way with regular updates. There was no need to chase and everything went so smoothly!

AVOID using her, you will do yourself a favour. There are many professional/capable solicitors in the market who are much more competent too!

I worked with Satbir to purchase my first property. I highly recommend her as she handled my case very well and also People were really helpful from Preuveneers to approach them and get some advice.

I'm pretty sure that my property purchase had fallen through due to the delay in the service of this firm. I was frustrated by the lack of communication. I won't be using them again.

I have recently used Preuveneers and was very impressed with the way Kelly dealt with matters, even though the other solicitors were causing issues. Also very useful having an app which tracks your progress with things.

An extremely professional and efficient service. I used when purchasing my house and unfortunately not selling my previous one which made the stark contrast between the 2 firms highlighted even further. I was always responded to and a timely manner and the process was transparent and simple. I have already recommended to a friend who had a similar experience. I will be using again.
