Thank you BSB Solicitors for everything you have done for me. I am a qualified Dentist and a conviction for fare evasion would have had a devastating impact on my career and future job prospects. If you get caught or are accused of fare evasion I would strongly reccomend BSB for their advice and services. I was caught without a ticket by an inspector on a bus. I was unaware that TfL will prosecute for a £1.65 ticket, thinking I would recieve a £80 fine. Instead I received a court summons and statistically I would have been found guilty if the case was heard. I chose BSB after reading online reviews and James Skelsey agreed to represent me. From the start I felt I was in safe hands as they have years of experience with similar cases. They have a fixed fee and it covers everything apart from court attendance. After an hour consultation they listened to my and concerns and wrote a letter to TFL. They letter they wrote was extremely well thought out and was specific to my circumstances. Due to an admin error at the court, the case proceeded before TfL had an opportunity to consider my representations. I was convicted and genuinely thought my life was over. At no extra cost James and Avril managed to get the case reopened and ultimately TfL withdrew the case. I did not have to pay any fines, costs and more importantly avoided a criminal record. I did not even get a warning!
