Avoid using!! My appointment was cancelled just 1,5 hours before the time. I work far away from Ealing, so had no chances to get there earlier. I had to arrange babysitting in advance, pay for it, and Mrs. Campbell just said "Sorry I can not". Yes, it was supposed to be a free initial consultation (but I was going to hire her for representing my interests in future). Avoid!!!
