My sister and I chose Brethertons when our elderly aunt needed to make a Lasting Power of Attorney. Laura Stuart visited her in the care home to complete the necessary paperwork and was always very caring and professional towards my aunt.
Unfortunately, my aunt passed away recently and Laura obtained the Grant of Probate very promptly to enable us to deal with her estate.
Laura's professionalism and empathy has made this sad time less stressful for us and we really appreciate that. We wouldn't hesitate to use Brethertons again in the future.

Great service from the very beginning right through to the end. Even when my legal representation changed it carried on. They always made themselves available.

I definitely know and knew that I made the correct choice with using these and will definitely use again if needed.

Emma dealt with the sale of a property that we decided to stop letting out.

It was a long process as our first buyers could not get a mortgage and the second one had to pull out for personal reasons. Our third buyer completed.

Through this whole time, Emma was very professional and patient with some of the long waits especially with first buyer.

She prompted for responses where we were not getting timely information from the buyers side.

She kept us up to date and informed of any developments.

Communication was always very thorough yet clear especially if there were actions that we as the sellers needed to take.

This is the third occasion that I have chosen Brethertons to act for me in property matters and I have been thoroughly pleased on each occasion.

Buying and selling a house for most of us involves the highest sums of money we will ever have to deal with and I believe it is so important to have the feeling of trust with whoever is acting for you.

It is also important that the solicitor acting is "customer focused" and achieves what you want them to achieve through their professional knowledge and skill base.

Again we felt our expectations were met in these way when dealing with Emma in the Rugby branch.

I would recommend this organization without hesitation

My experience with Brethertons LLP and my case handler Ms. Pasqualina was second to none. So efficient and helpful with things. Highly recommend her and Brethertons.
I'm so grateful for her work on my purchase.

Pasqualina Marcucci was the associate who carried out the work for the sale of our flat in Banbury . Thanks to her, the process was conducted very smoothly and was completed to the timescale we wanted. Pasqualina was quick to answer any queries we had and to chase up responses from other parties. We can highly recommend her and would certainly use her again if needed.

Laura Stuart - Probate. During a difficult time dealing with the estate of my late mother, Laura proved invaluable during the process. Nothing was too much trouble and her empathy was outstanding. As executor to the estate, I had alot of questions that she answered promptly every time. She guided me through the process each step of the way which made it all seem like a walk in the park - I cannot recommend her highly enough.

David Hayward - Having used Laura for the probate, we then used David for the conveyancing of the property as this would simplify matters as Brethertons already have all the our details. This turned out to be a good decision as David is on the ball. As with Laura, communications were excellent and always a same day response. Considering the national average time for conveyancing is 17 weeks, ours was completed in just over 9 - no usual hanging about with solicitors with David - he was very keen to get the job done.

Brethertons - We were dubious at first using Brethertons as they were a large firm, but the advantages soon became clear. Having 2 separate solicitors for the probate and conveyancing worked like a dream as they were specializing in their own field which made the whole process very efficient. I can highly recommend

After the death of my dad Laura has been so supportive. It's taken time to sort out the whole estate but she has been consistently kind, helpful, efficient and very approachable throughout.
Thank you!
