Atkins Hope Solicitors

I have dealt with Atkins Hope a few times over the past 6 years or so. This includes both their Croydon and Blackheath offices and I have always been very impressed. In particular my experiences with Christina Leondis have always been great. She is always very responsive, pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. A very safe pair of hands and have recommended her and the company in the past.

I have dealt with many solicitors, some are good at some times and most of the time they are bad. But, I had a very weird experience with Atkins Hope. I took an appointment in the morning, clearly stated what I wanted, including the form number and other details. It was a very simple task of solicitor (any) witnessing me signing the forms. Now, most of us will think where could it go wrong... and yes, it could. I have been asked to wait in the reception for 50 minutes. One of them, came to have a look at all forms (sent by Halifax, so I presume they know what needs to be done) and said one of the form is wrong. She went inside for 10 minutes and came back saying, we only have family solicitors and we cannot take risk to sign this. Okay, I understand they do not want to take risk, but this could have been communicated over the phone when the name/number of the form was told. Also, there is no need to keep someone waiting for that long.

Lili Jiang has been really helpful during our property purchase process. She has been very detail oriented and responsive to our questions and concerns. She did very well in considering and protecting our interest in the whole process. We will definitely recommend Lili to our friends.

We had a wonderful experience with Lili Jiang as usual. She and her assistant Phillipa replied to our emails and calls in a very quick fashion. Will definitely use their service again.
