I have approached KTS Legal team regards construction building dispute. The team was very professional, experts and prompt. I must highlight the help, reassurance and understanding i recieved from Arunkumar and Sofia throughout the process. The service that they offered, is exactly what I payed for and I recieved. KTS hand held me through what turned out to be a complicated conveyancing instruction. They were very good at dealing with my email queries and were friendly and helpful throughout the instruction.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but never in my life have I felt more compelled to write one.

I instructed KTS for their conveyance services and I was flabbergasted by the level of incompetence at every possible opportunity. Anywhere they could disappoint, they did.

For starters, the claim on the website that you will have direct access to your nominated solicitor proved to be a lie: even on asking directly to speak with them (I won't name names) I was instead deflected on multiple occasions through a team of paralegals who knew nothing about my case. We communiqued via email only when situations proved nearly catastrophic (for example, at one point being asked to speak with my bank to ask for an extension on an unnegotiable mortgage due to a combination of delay and the teams ignorance of my deadline).

I could go on, but I'll simply say that under other circumstances, KTS would have lost me my mortgage and my flat. Through their sheer complacency, unwillingness to engage with clients and lack of attention to detail. They may be competitively priced, but I would have paid a considerable sum more to avoid the stress they caused me and my family. Be very wary before taking their 4.9 star rating on face value.

Been using KTS for all my property related matters, mortgage and remortgage.
They are very professional and responsive. Their fees are affordable and they are transparent.
I have mostly dealt with Sonia Robinson and Rohan Buckley and they are both amazing. There have been very few times when the response was slow but that is understandable due to work load, but other than those instances their response and communications were great. While completing on my properties I had calls from Sonia pretty much daily to provide me updates and progress on the matter.
