I would recommend to use your small local firm instead known law firms like "Ackroyds Legal" as they will not have time to deal with cases personally.
Zero rating, as I am very very disappointed with the dealing of my case by unprofessional senior and trainee solicitors. They wasted my time since last 3yrs and still not resolved, hence been forced to look another solicitor. I had to keep chase them up, calling bank myself to get an update and I had to tell the solicitors what needs to be done like me baby sitting these solicitors, still no progress.

Very Very Very Disappointed as their client and I would not recommend anyone.

I would give zero stars if possible. I instructed Ackroyd to do a simple conveyancing on a property purchase. They are simply absent. It took 6 weeks to pull together their standard enquiries for the vendor, and once the vendor responded, we received a commitment to review and revert to us. They have simply gone AWOL for weeks. We have cancelled the engagement and will look elsewhere.

I would give a zero if I could. My solicitor never reply my request . and is absent and don't even bother with answering email or understanding that this is a time sensitive work.
I have worked with several law firms until now, this Ackroyd scam should be ranked as a 1 star firm if not less. Like I always say "when you are at your highest on a tree , that is when you should be most aware not to fall down".
