Henry Whitney at Kundert Solicitors LLP did the conveyance work for a property which completed in January 2018. Henry and Beverley were very thorough and took the time to meet me in person to explain the pertinent points. They were professional, easily contactable and pro-active which helped make the process as simple as possible.

The pace at which they work can only be described as glacial we used them for a very simple conveyancing job. They never reply to any emails and never seem available when called. I will not use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible service from Suki. Stay clear of this company.

Almost caused a whole chain to collapse due to not reading emails for weeks. Sat on responses to enquiries for 3 weeks without reading the email. Ended up having to escalate to Practice Manger to progress as upward chain was threatening to pull out. Was able to exchange that day which means they held everything up for 3 weeks for no reason. Would not respond to emails or phone calls from other solicitors or estate agents.

Stay clear of this company if you wish to move house.
