I went to this company to help with the administering of a will.
Rather than taking some of the stress away, due to poor customer service two stars is the best I can give.
When the work was done, it was complete, so it is not the standard of the work that was the problem, it is the feeling of being kept in the dark even though the cost of their service was in the thousands of pounds.
They also dealt with the administration of a sale of a property and I cannot praise the solicitor dealing with that high enough.
You felt as though you are a valued customer.
If you were thinking of using this company with regarding buying/selling property I would recommend, with regard to will administration read my review and make your own decision.

I had engaged this solicitors firm for a property purchase and it was undoubtedly the worst customer service I have come across in years. The firm's office was literally right next door and I was hoping that would make things easier and quicker but I was completely wrong. They avoid meeting clients face to face, multiple emails and phone calls are never returned or responded to, and the pace of work and updates on progress is so slow that I had to ultimately take my business some place else which was much faster. In this day and age when most things can be done online I was baffled to see them sending queries and communication by regular post !!

Vanetha Armon took on our case. Her support and service was truly amazing and I could not recommend her services enough. True support and truely cares, talked us through each step and really just knew her stuff and was easily able to help me understand and put everything in perspective. Myself and my family are extremely grateful that we had Vanetha fighting our case.

I cannot recommend Saeed enough!
I had a time sensitive case and he kindly fitted me in even though he was super busy himself AND he was very competitive compared to other quotes I received from the local solicitors in the area.
Saeed also very patiently explained and made sure I understood all the legalities of my case and went above and beyond.
First class service and I will most definitely contact Saeed again if needing any legal matters seen to.

What can I say… I just want to first of all give my biggest thanks to Henna Lynch. She dived right in to help my mother selling her house after our last experience with a different lawyer (called my mother “mentally incompetent” to my face and hers. Disgusting.) Henna took her time to update me and my mother on every single step that was happening. She is kind and considerate and everything was completed in an adequate amount of time. I would recommend this place and Henna over and over again. Thank you.

Promised me a phone call back, it’s me that has done the calling of their office at least three times, their lack of customer care is dreadful, again have been waiting for a call for two weeks with a yes or no answer that’s all I asked for, now given up with this office. Not impressed after they where recommended.

I don't expect to pay in advance for services before they are provided, having forced to pay before speaking to a solicitor. I had sent a number of documents and spoke to Mr. J Parkinson, I was a sent a draft, which basically was a copy and paste of my own narrative. I made a number of additions to the draft, but I was informed that I could not use the solicitors name or letter head in a email that I was sending to a third party. Suffice to say the impact of the correspondence I subsequently sent did not have the desired affect and despite asking for a specific strategy in the contents of the letter. this was not achieved.
