We bought our house last year and chose Smith & Co for the conveyancing.

The staff there were fantastic. Friendly, fast to respond and incredibly professional. The online portal made keeping track of everything really easy and saved us a load of stress during the purchase.

We were kept updated regularly throughout by the wonderful team. The prices themselves were highly competitive, especially considering the quality and speed of the service. Offering an online portal really made a difference compared to the other solicitors we considered.

Would highly recommend and will use again in the future!

With the support and professionalism we received from Jenny at Smith & Co we managed to secure our first ever home. The developers were tricky on occasion but Jenny remained professional and managed the situations very quickly and efficiently, providing us updates throughout the whole thing. I’m very disappointed with the level of service provided by Smith & Co. We were asked to complete the same documentation on numerous occasions, contacted via post which delayed the process and were not kept up to date with how our sales documentation was progressing.

I wasn’t given the impression our sale was valued by Smith & Co, just treated like another revenue source for them. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great conveyancing service - would rate 6 stars out of 5. We’re based overseas and bought a UK house remotely, which was very efficient. Jenny Dawson and the wider team are excellent and flagged the key things we needed to be across and looked out for our best interests. Would use again.
