my Partner got charged and Steven Townley was his solicitor he has only had 2 meetings with him the rest he handed them down to others to deal with they are the worse company the never showed his evidence deffo the worse company

I have purchased 2 properties and sold 1 with Barrett Nelligan and cannot fault them at all. Simon, Debbie and Tanya are extremely helpful and make the conveyancing process really easy.

Mr Barrett was extremely knowledgeable really friendly. He made us feel really at ease talked us through our mortgage offer, as this was our first time buying. By far the cheapest solicitor out on the market. I would highly recommend him.

Used these solicitors on the recommendation of my parents, to buy a house as a first time buyer. They were by far the best price around and got the job done. The only negative was when I requested the searches they were not requested until a week after I paid when I had called to see if they were back. Due to corona and how its effecting others this wasnt such a massive deal. Everyone was helpful when I rang and it was a really simple easy procedure. Would recommend and use again. Thank you

Very cheap but become very expensive. They love to lie. Just avoid them. They are many good solicitor available in town.
