Really poor service. Rude receptionist too.

Only chose the Eastwood office because we’d used the Beeston office ten years previously and they had been superb.

I’ve recently used Maclaren Warner (Eastwood branch) for the conveyancing of a sale and a purchase. I also used them just over 2 years ago for a first time purchase. After my first experience I recommended Maclaren Warner to several friends and subsequently used them myself again. The service from start to finish is fantastic. The cost is clearly set out at the begging, none of this pay per letter or hour spent some solicitors do. Lynne, Nisha and the reception staff are brilliant. Not only are they experts in their field, but professional, communicative and polite throughout. Despite my buyers solicitors being absolutely awful, Lynne and the team went above and beyond to get things sorted ASAP. Emails and phone calls are always responded to in a matter of hours. I can not recommend Maclaren Warner’s enough. Thank you for making an already stressful process much easier!

Called them for conveyancing quote, gave them all the details and never heard from them again. Tried to call on several occasions to chase and didn't even answer the phone

Phoned them twice to arrange to get my house signed over to my daughter. Gave them all my details and was told someone would ring back but they never did. Thanks for wasting a week of my time.

I recently used Maclaren Warner (Eastwood branch) for the conveyancing of a property purchase which had some challenges over a standard house buy. I can honestly say the team at Eastwood were great, always able to get hold of them via phone and good response times for emails etc. Tahiba was a particular member of the team who lead our process and she was fantastic at updating and coming back regularly, as well as working with us to overcome the challenges throughout the process. Really grateful of her efforts.

Previously used Maclaren Warner in 2018, not a bad service. Currently using their services again for a sale and a purchase, totally shocking service, information given incorrectly, very poor service and very poor communication. If house moving isn't stressful enough, this company will only make it worse!

I am currently using these for moving house and I must say they are the best, excellent communication, and my solicitor keeps me updated constantly.
