Hopkins Solicitors had a button on their website for someone to call me back within 27 seconds and someone did! From then on they kept me updated and informed. I highly recommend them.

Ross assisted me during my divorce and consent order. Every step of the way Ross was there, when I had a hissy fit he was at the end of the phone, responded to emails and even managed a face to face! (All took place during covid)
Ross was amazing, I would say I wouldnt hesitate to use him again, but that would be a lie.....never will I marry again!

Absolutely terrible experience. Phoned and organised to have guidance on a lease and was told they would send the information over. When they didn't I phoned back multiple times over a week, was given the same assurance that it would be sent that day each time, so that we could start the process. Eventually I became only able to phone their reception and was unable to be put through to a member of the necessary department. I was told they would leave a message for Ian to call me back and this never happened. Found much better alternatives locally who were happy to help.
