We've had terrible experience with Renata. Poor manners, rude and unprofessional services. We used her to purchase a house back in August and she made the process even more stressful than what it is already, she is constantly on edge and would snap on the phone over any questions or enquiries you have for her - not what you would expect from your solicitor as a paying client! Talking to another client of hers we learnt that she made the woman cry over the phone as she was shouting at her, wow! In addition to her attitude problems, our exchange date was pushed back several times due to her absence and lack of communication, she also requested for her money upfront without giving us a breakdown we had no choice but to pay her (without knowing what exactly we're paying for) as we just wanted the nightmare to be over, she only gave us a breakdown weeks after the payment. We even considered reporting her for these actions.
I wish I had known this before dealing with her. Never EVER again!

Rude unprofessional and verbally aggressive on the phone. We had a terrible experience with Renata. She even told my wife she would get lawyers involve were she to write a bad review. I cannot in any capacity recommend her services and it rankles me i have to give her one star.

Appalling Service, I outlined the requirements for the cash sale in writing [i.e. a Company Purchase] and the details needed for a simple purchase without any chain. And three months later, nothing had happened. When I enquired as to why Miss Steggles things had taken so long, she flew into a rage and then blackmailed me by saying she would not go forward. When she came to attend to the sale she addressed the paperwork as if it were a personal sale, she didn't read my instructions. My advice to not use this solicitor, there are are many better ones in Norwich.

Melanie was dealing with my partners sale of his house as well as our purchase and made sure that we were both kept in the loop with proceedings.
