Worst experience ever with a law firm. Delays and slapdash attention to detail from the practice manager down. One doc sat in their office for 6 weeks before my vendor alerted me to the unacceptable delay. When my complaint was investigated the practice manager happily confirmed that she was satisfied that there had been no delay... Until I pointed out that she had got her months muddled up! That same person suggested I should make a complaint to my vendor's solicitor for a 3 week delay, which she professed to be unacceptable. Don't think she sees the irony to this day and certainly she hasn't had the courtesy to come back to me once she realised her error and promised to investigate further. That level of attention to detail reflects my overall experience of the practice. Despite the comment below, the client is my partner (we were buying a house together) and she was equally dissatisfied... possibly more so. To suggest otherwise is not worthy of a law firm.

They have just completed on a property that I've acquired . Excellent service considering the challenging times we are in.I would use them again.I highly recommend them. First class service.Thank you Eaton Evans & Morris.& esp Miss Karen Warlow for ensuring that the completion was on time .
