We completed the sale of our previous house and purchase of a new build by help of Claire, Mia and other staffs in HCB Solicitors in Cardiff. They made the process for us smooth. I would like to recommend them for good care of our case and being responsive, committed and accurate in their job.

Andrew has a formidable reputation and we had heard great things about him. Truthfully we never expected him to live up to this reputation.. but he does! He genuinely cares about the welfare of SEN children and is extremely knowledgeable, this coupled with his no-nonsense approach is exactly the type of advocate parents need in their corner. Andrew and Laura kept us well informed throughout the process and always provided the best advice. We are extremely pleased with the service they provided and would highly recommend them to any SEN parent, they really took the stress away!

Would not recommend this firm to a first time buyer for conveyancing. Our recent buyer for our house used them and they were slow and unnecessary time wasters. They hadn't ordered a particular search and made us all wait for weeks. They didn't seem to be very apologetic about it either. They probably offer a cheap price for their service, but do yourself a favour and pay a bit more for a solicitor that will put you first as a client and not just another number in their system.

I would like to thank Elle, Callum and Beth for doing an excellent job. They performed to a very tight deadline and a case where the purchase of the property was quite unique and complex but they persevered.
I look forward to working with this team again with my next purchase.
