I have use james Murray several time over the years. The service sometimes could be up and down, I bought a house 2 years ago he managed to exchange the contract within 6 weeks, that’s waS very Efficient, went to see him last year’s June to exchange a business lease contracts until now I have to chase every now and then to see how is been proceed, the excuse is the client Solictor did not correspond or that he did not receive any email, sometimes when I ring to speak to him personally , is either on answering machine or when I leave a message sometimes I get a reply after few days, I don’t know why anybody want to use this firm when it took more then a years to sign over the agreements, I recommend a few friends over the years and they have the same problems, now I just give hope , how long this going to takes, I have spoken to him many times but no fast track has been improved, ring him this morning, straight to answering machine, I suppose to sign an amendment since last week still waiting, sorry to write this review, very annoyed !
