I am losing the will to live currently down to this solicitor! Our house sale has been going on for more than 7 months now as they are not answering enquiries. The buyers mortgage offer expired and they had no urgency to answer them. I have seen these said enquires and they are required documents. They will ignore other solicitors and go on leave without any notice. They have not realised the stress and issues they have caused me throughout this process. Everyone else in the chain is ready - why have you taken 7 months to sort this??? I can’t even see a light at the end of the tunnel at this point as we are no closer to exchanging. If you want a quick, stress-free sale - DO NOT go with Page Nelson.

Horrendous. We had a deadline to exchange contracts on our current house today to avoid losing our new house. Page Nelson have been unresponsive and then just went out of office without any agreement for exchange in place - so god knows when we’ll be able to now!! They said they had answered all enquiries but others in the chain have told us there are still points outstanding.

We have given them months (7 to be specific) to resolve outstanding information but we are now about to lose our new home because of their incompetence. There is absolutely no urgency from them, they simply do not care. Do not use if you don’t want to have mental health issues or run yourself into the ground with stress

Buying a house can be very stressful but Sharon Galley at Page Nelson made this process so easy.

I can honestly say Sharon kept us informed all the way, I didn’t have to chase her for anything. Having most things electronically also made it easy, however when I asked for paper copies it was not a problem.
Sharon was meticulous in checking everything which put me at ease as all the legal jargon can be quite worrying. She was so friendly and approachable I was never worried about getting in touch and ringing her. When she said she was going to do something she did…. And responded very quickly. But most of all she made us feel we were her priority although I know she must have had lots of other cases going on.

If ever we need a solicitor again we will definitely come back to you.
