Worst experience ever. Enquired back in 2017/18. All zenith were concerned about was that i paid them. The service was atrocious. By the 3rd interaction i was told they would not act unless they were paid. In which i did then did not receive any further assistance from zenith. End result was that i became overly stressed and panicked which resulted in my health deteriorating and also had a heart attack. Big thumbs down

Worst solicitors firm iv every come across been handling my claim for over 4 years every time i call for an update i get no were my claim has been through 5 claim handlers each one when i call back has left. Very unprofessional company please dont use you will be chasing and update for years and allways same response.

I m not happy at all . I was told one thing but in the end they didn't done it. I was told I will be get compensation for my child seat but in the end I think they didn't sent correct documents. So in the end I didn't get back nothing. No one answering my phones. You have to try hundreds times before someone will answer the phone. I was ingnored and I don't feel happy for my case. Avoid Avoid Avoid they are wasteres of time.
