Great service, we used to buy and sell and everything went through very smoothly, special shout out to Martina. I would highly recommend!

I’d stay well clear of this company. . .
Currently being taken to court for not paying for services and goods.
They don’t reply to calls or emails. They just pass you from person to person trying to avoid paying a substantial debt. Bet they’d be knocking the door and demanding payment if it was the other away around.

I hired Latham & Co recently as my conveyancing solicitors for my new home purchase. I was really happy with the service received. They were professional, transparent and honest. A Huge thank you to Nelly and Martina!! - they make a great team.

Been on the receiving end of Lathams and their service is appalling. Possibly ok with a new build, but any level of complexity and avoid like the plague!

Needed a Notary. Had no idea my problem was going to be quite so complex, but Latham's notary was terrific, explained everything & stayed in touch throughout. The service wasn't cheap but one gets what one pays for.

Thanks anyway but to be totally honest they were useless
