They are almost impossible to get ahold of. The person who I spoke with to book an appointment was kind, but I found the lawyer I spoke with to be arrogant, presumptive, rude and completely lacking in empathy.

Their voicemail has been “full” for months, so you have to email them. In my experience, a phone call is not likely to be picked up.

I have autism and they at some point in my legal case with my housing provider

The lady I spoke to was unhelpful, and I was told would get some email within 7 days still ain't got one. A year later and given up hope of that email.
