I never leave reviews but I just have to. I showed up for my appointment and was left in a tiny windowless room for almost 45 minutes before the 1 solicitor showed up. He simply said 'sorry, ive got builders in'. then i was left a further 15 minutes whilst he cleaned his office however there were still files all over the floor and loose papers everywhere. not the best impression. he scribbled down my details and i felt so uncomfortable the whole time. the walls are crumbling, the floors are uneven and he kept leaning back in his chair adjusting himself between his legs. he asked me ridiculous questions about my religion and raised his eyebrows when i told him i dont follow one. and then he asked me WHY! i was only in there for 90 minutes and i couldnt wait to leave. most of the room lights werent even switched on. I went there to discuss a car bump, and to top things off he asked me if ive had any holiday sickness in the past 3 years. unbelievable. it was like a horrible joke.
