Not only was he incredibly fast (I completed in 7 weeks) but also organised, patient and in control of the situation. His communications with me were clear. He responded fast to all of my queries. Received a letter from DRN and they wanted it signed and returned. They didn’t put a SAE in and expected me to pay. I had to spend enough to my own solicitor without subsidising this company.
Just had letter confirming all paperwork done. As far as I was concerned it was finished July 2021.
Also no respect for using my title only by first name from someone I’ve never spoken to!
Had to put star rating but to be honest it shouldn’t be one!
