We had an excellent service from Friis and Radstone and would recommend them to our friends and family for sure. Stefanie was always extremely helpful and on the ball as were all the others that we dealt with

Staff were excellent and friendly we had a house move on a reflectively tight time schedule and they sorted things very well with good communication. Stef was recommended to me and its easy to see why as she was very efficient in her work turning things round very quickly. Very pleased with the whole process

1. Their secretaries needs to be retrained. I asked one secretary called Marion about the updates, all she replied was " I don't know and you need to speak to the solicitor". Solicitors are normally quite busy and won't always be in the office to talk to. That is why they need a secretary. In this point, so whats the point of this secretary? . 2. If you want a quick sale or purchase, DO NOT use them because they are slow. All the searches and surveys were done for 3 weeks and the solicitor didn't even raise any enquiries to the vendor's solicitor.

The lawyer won't reply for days and the secretary won't update the situation for days.On the phone the secretary Marion was being very unprofessional and all she replied was " I dunno". But after my wife got really angry and hung up the phone on them, the lawyer Daniel used under 5 min to reply my wife's call and call my wife rude and had a go at her. He didn't try to find reasons behind it and have a word with his own secretary first but he phoned up the client and had a go at her first. WOW. Is that how you treat your client? If you don't want other ppl to be rude to you then please reply ppl''s email and call back in time and update them about the situation in time and speed up your work and train your secretary to reply to client properly rather than " I dont know". As simple as that.

We used Friis and Radstone for the purchase of our first property as recommended by our mortgage advisor and we couldn't have been happier with the service. They were really helpful and professional throughout the entire process and they were always willing to answer our various questions. The purchase went through really quickly and easily and we will definitely use them again in the future!

Stefanie and her team are a cut above the rest. We have used solicitors for conveyancing before and we’ve never felt as well looked after before.
