I was a first time buyer and decided to use Andrew and Andrew to be my solicitors for the process. All I can say is it was the best decision I made. Emily Oldfield handled my purchase for me and the support and level of service I received was next level. The Solicitors and Emily herself were professional at all times whilst being approachable and friendly with the service given, and as someone with no prior knowledge of the processes involved all my questions were answered and I was never left feeling confused or uncertain about the stages of the purchase.
Overall I would unquestionably use Andrew and Andrew and more specifically, Emily, again because she made a well known stressful occasion go without a hitch!

I used andrews and andrews to sell my flat and for the purchase of my new property, their service was marvellous. My solicitor kept in regular contact with me providing updates, answered any queries expeditiously and I was moved in before I knew it. Highly recommend them, their fees are reasonable and they work hard. When I attended the office both the receptionist and my paralegal were friendly and welcoming.

First time I have used a&a. Was put in touch with Emily Oldfield and immediately she was very professional and I knew I was in good hands. The sale and purchase fell through but Emily was patient and nothing was to much trouble. She also went to great lengths to inform me of an Covenant on the property and answered any concerns I had around this. Overall a fantastic service by Emily and I would definitely use her again even tho I don’t live in Portsmouth anymore.

Used these guys to purchase home they little more expensive than other places but seriously on the ball no messing about and on point will £100% be using again
