I had BBW represent me for a divorce which in the first was told that cases like mine (where there are no significant assets) never go to court. After 2 years of exchanging mostly pointless expensive paperwork, I'm currently being taken through the courts and virtually no further forward than I was 2 years ago. I felt that bbw were too busy to act in my best interest and failed to take a grip of the case so had no choice but to take the decision to represent myself. The only time I had positive conversations with the company is when they wanted money for little or no work, work that had been completed 2-3 times previously . BBW have refused to hand over vital court papers until I have settled approx £100 of a £3500 bill, papers that I need for court. BBW will give you an estimate of costs but becareful, this cost escalates rapidly until you have no option than to carry on with the company or cut your losses.

I have no option than to go into my court hearings representing myself. My advice is find a solicitor that as well as representing their company has your interests in hand.

Very rude staff not very helpful at all

I wish I had seen the other reviews before we used these guys for sorting out a will .5 years later still not sorted and then to be told they have handed it over to another company whose nearest office to us is Peterborough

These people are my family solicitors. If we as a family have a problem we can rely on them to sort out the problem. They are not cheap. But who is.
